Ah, my dear! You have excellent taste in fitnureag some of the most interesting foods and recipes. It was not that many years ago that I discovered Basa catfish in our local Publix seafood department at that time, you bought it by the pound. Now, it has become more popular and is available in Publix labeled bags, with each fillet in its own plastic bag. I routinely buy Basa each shopping day. Hubby loves it particularly with cayenne pepper or red curry that is left over from my chicken red curry. Thanks for the mention my dear you are too sweet.

This is a great bread.The first time I made it I followed the recipe but the second time I decided to try something.I used white chocolate chips and chocolate caramel pieces, delish. It''s a totally different effect. The caramelization, the taste not all that much but you get little caramel, gooey pieces which is a great surprise.
