Very nice and easy recipe. Bread was very good with an Olive Oil and Balsamic plate to dip pieces.

This is an excellent loaf of bread to accompany soups, stews or casseroles. The bread has a nice dense texture. It reminds me of a german bread in that it is fragrant and heavy.
