Bread Machine Pizza Crusts

Make the pizza dough in the bread machine, par bake the crusts, freeze them and you'll be able to make delicious homemade pizza whenever you want.

teaspoons honey

cups Gold Medal bread machine flour

teaspoon salt

teaspoons yeast
  1. Place all ingredients in bread machine pan in order recommended by manufacturer. Select Dough cycle. Remove dough from pan. Divide into 5 pieces; shape each piece into ball. Roll each piece into 6-inch circle. Place on greased cookie sheets.
  2. Heat oven to 450 F. Bake each crust 3 to 5 minutes untll lightly browned. Cool on wire rack. At this point, crusts can be used immediately, refrigerated up to a day or frozen for up to a month.
  3. Top crusts with desired pizza toppings, starting with cheese, sausage, Canadian bacon, veggies, sauce and ending with addtional cheese. Bake at 450 F for 5 minutes or until crust is brown and cheese is melted.
