Love watching you I came acocsrs you with one of my lastest cakes which is pound cake but I want to make the classic pound cake with the 1:1:1:1 ratio lol yes I have a big cake to make but my question is, I assume that I will be using self rising flour correct and at what temp and how long to I leave in oven?

Excellent dough! I added orange & lemon zest to it. For the icing be sure not to make it too runny, I added meringue powder. You can also do the egg wash after they are done baking.

This makes a very soft dough. It almost is too soft to form, but my buns turned out great, light and flakey, and perfect! Great recipe!
