This recipe is fantastic. I have an abundance of basil growing. Used that and thyme, margoram and sage. Instead of butter I used garlic infused oil. My husband, daughter and friends loved it. Smells delicious.

Since first trying this bread I have made a loaf every two weeks or so. LOVE IT!!! Just an FYI, I am on a sodium restricted diet and left out the salt, it still comes out wonderful. Also, fresh milk or cream works great too.
