This was good, but I did increase the cinnamon, used brown sugar and used my bread machine only on the dough cycle, then formed and let the second rise happen in a 81/2 by 41/4 " pan. As cinnamon can be a yeast retardant, it took the second rise about two 1/2 hours to get 1 1/2 " above the rim of the pan. Thanks!

This is the first bread i made with my brand new bread machine. since it did not indicate the loaf size soi decided to make set it on the regular 1.5lbs. It turned out perfect, everybody loved it!

I made this bread today for the first time and it's great! I used my new food network bread machine. The bread is so soft and moist. I will definitely make this again and again. Thanks to BC for making this easy to do. I'm looking forward to many more recipes.

Done perfectly on a Black and Decker B2200 bread maker. Did the following changes: - 1.25 tsp salt. - .5 cup raisins and .5 cup dried cranberries. - 2 tsp cinnamon, 1 cup homogenized milk (replace water). - Brown sugar (replace white sugar). Use light crust and 1.5lb setting. Enjoy

can I take the dough out and put it in a loaf pan and if so when do i take it out of the machine? and do i just hit the dough selection and when it is done just roll the dough out?

Ive made this bread twice now and it tastes wonderful but I cant it to rise!! Is there any tips on this please?? I followed the exact directions for my bread machine but I dont know what Im doing wrong!! Even tho the loaf is only like 4 inches long it does taste amazing! So Id love to figure out how to get it to rise!! Any tips and ideas welcomed!!!
