I thought this was delicious and so did my husband. I will agree it has the possibility of being bland. Definitely use the flavored tomatoes and add some of your won spices. I upped the garlic, salt, pepper and added oregno, italian seasoning, parsley, and basil. It doesn't have a STRONG flavor but it has a really nice, light, yummy flavor. And the stir fry beef is way better than using hamburger. Gives it lots of texture and more flavor. Will definitely make again.

I thought this was just ok. Could have used a bit more flavor. I used chicken and plain diced tomatoes because that's what I had. But I was looking for something different to do with the pepper and onion stir-fry mixture (which I also already had on hand), and this fit the bill. I'll try it again using beef instead of chicken, which should give it a bit more flavor, and I'll use the seasoned tomatoes. I also think a bit of cheese melted on top would be just right for this dish.

Very Very good! My 15 month old daughter ate it all up and my picky husband had seconds! No left overs and if I did I think they would be gone by tomorrow!

This was very good! I am not a big fan of already flavored stewed tomatos so I used plain and added my own spices. Dried basil, oregano, fennel and red pepper flakes. I will try with chicken next time, but there will definitely be a next time!

This was so good, I added some extra spices. Next time I think I will use egg noodles.

This is really delicious! The meat turned out really juicy and had a fantastic flavor! Next time, I think I'll add some roasted red peppers for a little extra flavor, but overall it has been one of my favorites=)

This is A great basic recipe that can be jazzed up to your liking. I added hot pepper flakes, ketchup for sweetness, and thickened the sauce a tad.

I thought the flavor of the recipe was alright, but the meat was very hard to chew.
