Enter your review here...I made this recipe for the first time over the weekend and plan to do two more for the holiday weekend coming up...It came out beautifully for my very first punkpkin roll ever.. However i think possibly the cream was a bit too creamy..and i will add a bit more confectioners sugar to the part that i ice the roll with.. The bourbon was hardly noticeable..but warmed it up a lot. In my ignorance i made the mistake of leaving the roll in towel overnight..which did dry the outer layer considerably..so when you do it the first time..i do suggest you go one and ice it as soon as you can..
