This is an absolutely amazing recipe!!! The bourbon sauce goes great on more then just chicken, like shrimp. And the corn relish, I make with thawed frozen corn, and I dice up my own fresh peppers, it gives it a fresher taste. I'm trying grilled corn and peppers this year to put in the relish :)
