Boozy White Chocolate Chip Fudge Cookies

Blogger Angie McGowan of Eclectic Recipes makes fudgy cookies with Betty Crocker® cake mix and turns them into a grown-up treat with the addition of coffee-flavored liqueur.

box Betty Crocker™ SuperMoist™ chocolate fudge cake mix
1/4
cup vegetable oil
1/4
cup coffee-flavored liqueur
1
egg
1
bag (12 oz) white vanilla baking chips (2 cups)

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
  • 2 In large bowl, beat cake mix, oil, liqueur and egg with electric mixer, or mix with spoon. Fold in white chips. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
  • 3 Bake 12 minutes or until edges are set. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack.

To ensure cookies don’t overbake on the bottom, run cookie sheet under cool water in between batches.
