These were great! The only change I made was to use my cupcake corer and put the filling inside the cupcake, made it much easier for transporting them. Delicious!!

These were fantastic! Everyone who had them loved them! Even had one friend who doesn't like chocolate who said he loved them, too (but said he'd eat just the frosting by itself)!!!

Made this recipe for an office party but made it as a cake and used coffee for the bourbon. Made the cream filling and used coffee instead of coffee liquer and poured it over the cake while it was still warm and runny then placed in refrigerator to set. Made the frosting as directed but used home made vanilla vodka flavoring from vodka and vanilla beans. It was a hit, everyone loved it and this will be made again.

These cupcakes are fantastic! I made a few minor changes that I think really helped. For the filling, I did not add any butter, and the heavy cream and chocolate thickened up nicely and quickly. Additionally, I made a vanilla frosting and added 2 tbsp of coffee liquer, instead of using vodka. This is going to be one of my favorite new dessert recipes and I will definitely be taking these to parties in the future!

These cupcakes were delicious. The cupcakes only took about 15 minutes to bake unlike the recipe directions. The filling took much longer than one hour to thicken up. I will definitely make these again.

Have made these everal times with great results. The filling does take several hours to thicken so I make it the day before and keep it in the frigerate till I'm ready to use. Another hint for the middle filling use heavy whipping cream using just whipping cream makes it to runny.

These cupcakes turned out great. I put in 3TBS of coffee liqueur and 3TBS of vanilla flavored vodka. Delicious I must say. The icing was very runny and didn't form well at all on the cupcakes, so I decided to just spread it on and stick them in the refrigerator to harden up. It did the trick!! Next time I will plan to place the icing in the refrigerator BEFORE putting it on top of the cupcakes. Overall, I cannot wait to share them with family on Thanksgiving!!!
