great receipes for singles or 2 people. I too used more blueberries than the receipe called for an a litte sugar to sweeten the batter. Pancakes came out nice and light and tasted great. This ones a keeper

This is a touch higher in points than I''d like, but turned out yummy. I used a full cup of blueberries, and added a Tbsp of sugar, dash of nutmeg, and splash of vanilla. I used eggwhites rather than full-egg product. Turned out yummy!Ate it with lightly sweetened fat free sour cream- - try that- - its great. Just add a little splenda/sugar blend to ff sour cream and keep tasting til it seems right for you.
