cup frozen blueberries
1/2
cup orange juice

teaspoon grated orange peel

container (6 oz) Yoplait® Greek Fat Free blueberry yogurt

  • 1 In blender, place blueberries, orange juice, orange peel and yogurt. Cover; blend on high speed about one minute or until smooth.
  • 2 Pour into 2 glasses; serve immediately.

Absolutely delicious! The only yogurt I had on hand when I saw the recipe was Strawberry Cheesecake flavor but said what the heck. It is so refreshing and packed full of vitamins. Makes a great quick breakfast.
