Sorta bland. The second time I made them I added a vanilla, salt, and doubled the amount of sugar...turned out much better.

Made these today for the 1st time and they were AMAZING!!! Wonderfull flavor and texture -- very moist, almost too moist. I used fresh blueberries, and the moisture content must have been very high because they were on the verge of falling apart from the moisture. These will definitely become a staple in my recipie collection.

Made these for breakfast this morning....very delicious! I used fresh blueberries which I think makes a big difference in producing a moist muffin center. I also used the Heart Smart Bisquick & 2% milk. My hubby said these were the best muffins he's had in a LONG time!! Now that's a compliment!!

I realized the reviews claimed to make a denser biscuit like muffin so I made some tweaks to this recipe. I subbed a single serve unsweetened applesauce cup for the oil, added 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, and 1/3 cup soy flour for some added protein. I then added a streusel topping made from brown sugar and 4 tsp veg butter and a TB of the oats. They were very good.

These were very good muffins! I used Bisquick's Heart Smart mix instead of the original. I also added 2 mashed-up, medium-sized bananas to give it more flavor and nutritional qualities. The fresh blueberries I used are so juicy to bite into. They're delicious!

Very biscuit-like. Not sweet at all, so I really liked it.

They were just a little dry. I would definetly add more blueberries and maybe some applesauce the next time.

These muffins were tasty, but very very dry! They just crumbled onto my plate. If you know how to make them more moist, I would definetly do that with this recipe!

These muffins are good but were sort of bland so I added 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and it made a difference.
