Land O Lakes® cinnamon sugar butter spread and blueberry jam sandwiches are soaked in a creamy egg custard and topped with fresh blueberries. This bread pudding has lots of crunchy toast points that become golden brown and add lots of wonderful texture to this decadent bread and butter pudding.
You can make this with any jam or fruit that you would like—peaches, raspberries, or a mixture of berries.
Make sure to press your bread into the custard mixture. Using a fork or spatula, make sure that each piece of bread gets coated in custard.
