Blueberry Bread-and-Butter Pudding
Blogger Bree Hester of bakedbree.com shares a favorite bread pudding recipe. Blueberry Bread-and-Butter Pudding is a wonderful summer breakfast or brunch treat. Land O Lakes® cinnamon sugar butter spread and blueberry jam sandwiches are soaked in a creamy egg custard and topped with fresh blueberries. This bread pudding has lots of crunchy toast points that become golden brown and add lots of wonderful texture to this decadent bread and butter pudding.

I made this for my daughter & son-in-law and it was wonderful we had no problem eating the whole thing, even the left overs went the 2nd day. I served it with my own creation of a blueberry syrup take 1-stick of butter melt it in a pot, add honey to taste, and then some frozen blueberries and cook till bubbly and berries are thawed. This was amazing and will be trying it with raspberries next.

I used more cinnamon sugar butter and blueberry preserves than the recipe called for. I really liked it. Does anyone know how you can reheat the leftovers?

This recipe sounded delicious and I wanted to try it,,,however, the amount of half and half is not included in the ingredient list. It calls for it in the directions, but not the amount.
