This is a great recipe and you don't even know there is oatmeal in it! I made two loaves tonight and took one to the neighbor and we ate another half of a loaf here! I will definitely make this again! I had frozen banana in the freezer from some bananas that were ripening quickly last month that I thawed in the microwave for this recipe.

My husband's favorite homemade bread. It has all his favorite foods-blueberries, bananas and oats.

2/3 cup of sugar. Are you nuts? Are you trying to induce a sugar coma. Are you in your right mind or do you just not know nothing about diabetic cooking?

i didnt use the blueberries because i didnt have any, and i cooked it for 45 minute and it was good on the inside, but a little burnt. i think from now on i will cook it for 30-35 min instead of 45. but it made good banana bread. i dont know why they dont tell you to make it with egg white because most of the recipes on the box tell you to use egg whites. i will try it with egg whites next time and a sugar substitute.

I made muffins instead of the bread and they are wonderful! Very easy to make and eat. I probably ate too many! I will make again. I also thought about using chocolate chips in place of the blueberries.

My family loved this bread. It was nice and moist and great for breakfast or a snack with or without butter or cream cheese. I took the others persons advise and dried my thawed berries on a paper towel. I also floured them before adding to the batter. This recipe is a keeper.

AMAZING! My only change was eggwhites instead of the eggs. It was delicious! I can't stop eating it, and knowing it's not too fattening doesn't help! I made this last night and half the loaf is gone. It was very very most and the outside had a bit of a crisp to it so it was perfect. Can't wait to make again!
