I was a little nervous substituting the gluten-free Bisquick, but was pleasantly surprised. The taste is fantastic, and the recipe is so easy. There is still a bit of grittiness from the rice flour, but not as much as I feared. I did use my mixer, and turned it to high to get everything really mixed in. I will definitely make this again!

Made this with gluten free Bisquick and it turned out great. I did use regular oats (not the quick cooking kind as these were all I had) and I think the oatmeal wasn't quite done. The muffins were but the oatmeal was still a bit chewy. I think next time I will most certainly use the instant. So glad to have finally found a gluten free baking substitute!

Excellent. The family just loved it! I was actually glad the recipe made two loafs, because the first bread load vanished in the wink of an eye. I've made banana breads in the past which tend to come off a little dry, but the berries in this recipe balance it. This is a sure winner!

I followed this recipe exactly as stated and it turned out dry! I am surprised as many of the reviews stated the bread was moist. I don't know what I did? Maybe I'll add applesauce next time.

My husband is not a fan of banana bread, but he LOVED this recipe. I have made it multiple times in the last couple weeks, and everywhere I bring it, it is always the first thing to go :) It is delicious and moist and vibrant and... amazing :)

I've always loved to try new recipes, but have just recently gotten into baking dessert-type things. The bread was very moist and delicious. I should have floured the fresh blueberries (as my Mother [86 years young] suggested) because they were heavy and sank toward the bottom of the loaf. I will make this again. All rave reviews.

My husband loved this "cake" as he called it. I did use 3 bananas, which is what I had and wanted to use up. I like not using any shortening. Very easy recipe, too! I will be making this often.

I usually love these recipes, this was not one of our favorites though. It was ok just kind of dry for my taste. It seemed a bit heavy not as light as my other breakfast breads. After seeing all the rave reviews I may try it again. We love muffins so maybe I'll do muffins.
