These were awesome! I put foil in my pan first and then sprayed with buttery cooking spray. It made it easier to pull them out and cut them. I was able to cut them a little smaller to make them almost one bit. My co-workers and my husband loved them!

If your looking to become diabetic, then these are the bars for you!! Although these bars did taste AMAZING, I can feel my teeth rotting as we speak (15 min after eating just a piece that fell off while cutting these sugar babies). For those who do attempt to make these, I do recommend spraying your pan (recipe says not).

Okay, I made these brownies for Thanksgiving & Christmas. There were out of this world - got nothing but compliments. They seemed abit thin but the flavor was wonderful. Then... after reading the recipe over again I realized that I had added baking soda instead of baking powder! I can't wait to try them the way it is written, I'm sure the flavor will be just as good but a different texture. Either way, you can't beat this recipe.
