lbs pork loin

cups water

tablespoon apple cider vinegar

tablespoon salt

tablespoon paprika

teaspoon dry chopped onions
1
teaspoon garlic powder
2
tablespoon crushed red peppers
1
diced green pepper
1
can beer

  • 1 Mix the water and all the spices and the meat, cut meat in large dice, in a big bowl (except for green pepper and beer).
  • 2 Then place the mixture in zip lock bags and place in refrigerator for three days. Keep turning in the bags each day.
  • 3 Cook in a crock pot with green peppers and a can of beer on low for 7 hours
  • 4 Serve on crusty rolls.
