love this cobbler recipe very quick and easy to do. only thing i changed was the kind of flour i used, i used self-rising that keep me from adding to much salt.

I have been making this wonderful cobbler recipe for 3 or 4 years and always with fabulous results. My entire family requests this whenever we plan a gathering. I had lost my printed recipe and am very grateful to have found it here.

I followed this recipe to the T, exact measurements and it turned out horrid. I agree with JasonWheeler on that it was way (huge emphasis on "way") too sweet and the biscuit part was too salty/buttery (I used unsalted butter). Not to mention in comparison to the berries there was hardly any biscuit. The whole thing is a soupy mess, inedible and I'm furious that I wasted ingredients. I wish I knew what the others did to make it such a success. Because I will never make this again.

I didn't care for this recipe at all. There was way too much sugar. It was so overwhelminly sweet, that is was inedible. I don't know if other folks have experienced the same problem, but I won't be making it again in the future. I've used recipes in the past that were better.

Excellent flavor, but make sure to use a shallow dish (first time I tried it with a 4x6 casserole type baker) at least 8x8 or else the batter doesn't rise:)

Make sure you use BAKING POWDER, I by accident used baking soda. It was a berry mess just like a comment posted below it did not rise and burnt all the berries on top. Live and learn, I still love the easiness of this recipe.

My first time making a cobbler. Hubby expected a latticed crust, but was happy with the taste. One of my sons almost ate half the dish by himself and his fiancee' who said she wasn't a "berry" person ate some and said it was good. This is a winner!

I loved this recipe! Super easy to make and yummy everyone enjoyed it, next time I will make a double batch. I also added some cinnamon to taste and used only 3/4 cup of sugar. It was done in 45mins.

Am kinda disappointed, I followed the directions but added little extra berries and the crust did not come to the top. After it was cooked there were berries on bottom, the crust and then more berries. I don't know what I did wrong.

My family and I thought this was delicious! The only change I made was based on suggestions made by other reviews. I added two tsp. of cinnamon and two tsp. of brown sugar to the topping. Mine was done and just right in 45 min. Yes, the topping starts on the bottom of the cobbler:)
