I love this recipe!! I added cilantro, chopped onion and black olives also and it makes it taste even more fresh!!

Made this as an open-faced sandwich. I broiled the black bean dip on a bagel covered with cheese for 2 minutes. I then added a tomato slice, avocado slices, and salsa as toppings. Very fulfilling.

I havent made this yet but have a question. Did you eat it cold or warm? Heat in microwave? Sounds good as a "veg. sloppy joe" but would want heated.
