I made this as listed using medium salsa, ditali pasta, and no cilantro (didn't have any). It is delicious and warming for a cold day. Easy and quick to make.

This is WONDERFUL! I added diced chicken and used chicken broth, but other than that, I followed the recipe as written. It had so much flavor! I know I'll be making this a lot this winter. My husband loved it too!

Definitely cut back on the chili powder. Maybe my batch was more spicy due to using a different salsa, but whoa, I couldn't serve it to my kids with the full tsp. of chili powder (and i can handle quite a bit of heat). But otherwise, a great dish :) Best w/bread.

Very yummy. Next time I will use half mild and half medium salsa so my kids can eat it. It is a little hard to eat with the longer noodles maybe next time I will break them in half before cooking. I sprinkled tortilla strips on the top and that gave it a good crunch. All in all very good. Hopefully it will be okay for lunch tomorrow, but with the noodles who knows.

Made this soup according to the recipe, except used 2 cans reduced sodium chicken broth and one can vegetable broth. It smelled great while it was cooking. My husband took leftovers to work today and he got lots of questions about what he was eating. It made his whole office smell wonderful. I would suggest using some kind of small pasta (like mini shells) so that it's easier to eat.

So yummy! My husband and I loved this one. I used the medium salsa, and used pasta shells instead of spaghetti. I also topped with avacado and sour cream like someone else suggested. Quick, easy and delicious

Made this last night looking for a super quick and delicious dinner. And boy, did this recipe deliver! I took SDPEREZ idea and added avocado for a final topping and I loved it! My hubby ate his with tortilla chips (with is his first... and second bowl!). I used medium salsa knowing that we like a little kick to our soups. Next time, I agreed Pywackit. Smaller noodles are needed because for some reason the long noodles felt awkward in this soup. If I wanted to get creative- I might play around and add a can of green chilies and diced green peppers to this. Looking forward to making this again!
