I left off the cilantro but followed the recipe otherwise completely. I filled up the cups at the very last moment so that the skins would not get soft. They were a hit. I think some mango or pineapple would be good also perhaps.

Wonderful! Took them to a bonfire where the were the first to disappear completely. Had a request to now take them to the fourth of july band party-I doubled it but doubt they'll last either. I added in mexican cheese to the filling to stretch it a bit and used the whole jar of salsa so it wasn't then dry..

This recipe is awesome! Super easy and quick. Put this out for my high school/college kids and their friends for a snack. It was all gone within ten minutes! I left the salsa on the side as it soaks in to the wontons skins too quickly. Will definitely make this again!

This recipe is excellent! The little cups look great on a party platter, but are easy enough to make that I'm making them today just for a snack :) I added a splash of lime juice and some green onions today and it came out great! You can also easily adjust the heat in this recipe ... Thanks Betty:)
