can (15 ounces) Progresso® black beans, drained, rinsed

cup chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
1/4
cup Old El Paso® Thick 'n Chunky salsa

tablespoons lime juice

lettuce leaves
  1. Cook corn according to package directions. Rinse with cold water until completely chilled; drain well.
  2. In medium bowl, mix all ingredients except lettuce. Place lettuce leaf on each of 4 salad plates. Top with bean mixture.
