I tried them today and they are great. I just have to make them a little smaller next time.

I was very disappointed in these. I love macaroons, but these were just too sweet. The bottoms browned before the centers were completely done. I didn't even bother with the chocolate because these are so sweet (and I LOVE sweets.) I am not sure what to do to improve them, but the sweetened condensed milk might have put them over the edge. Is there something to substitute?

OMG....WOW....absolutely out of this world!!!! This is one of the very best recipes I've ever tried. As others stated, this certainly appears from a high end bakery with a high end taste!!!! I did not use the food processor for the coconut....not a problem. I appreciate fellow reviewers....it makes a difference if I will try a recipe or not.

I made these for a Christmas cookie swap. Instead of nuts, I crushed red & white candy canes and sprinkled them on the chocolate. Very festive and delicious. They were a big hit at the cookie swap. Who does not like coconut and chocolate, Yum!

These were ok , I probably wouldn't make these again. I wasent to excited about them , but my husband loved them. Personally I just didn't like the sugar cookie mixture mixed with the coconut . I think next time ill try just using a plain sugar cookie.

Easy to make. Under cook a bit and they will not be dry. Macaroon lovers will love these! Dresses up the cookie tray. Now part of my Christmas collection.

We gave these out for gifts & omg were they good!! We had left over filling from the expresso cookies we made, so we dipped them in that. WOW!! We left out the nuts though, they were very pretty.
