box (1 lb 2.3 oz) Betty Crocker® fudge brownie mix
Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box

oz (half of 8-oz package) cream cheese, softened
1/4
cup butter, softened
1
oz white chocolate baking square, melted, cooled
2
cups powdered sugar
1/2
teaspoon vanilla
Milk and white chocolate shavings, if desired
  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Place mini paper baking cup in each of 48 mini muffin cups. Make brownies as directed on box for fudge-like brownies, using water, oil and eggs. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups. Bake 14 to 16 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans on cooling racks 45 minutes.
  2. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese and butter with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Beat in melted white chocolate until smooth. Gradually beat in powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Frost brownies. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Store covered in refrigerator.
