Pillsbury® refrigerated pie crust, softened as directed on box

cup sugar

cup dark corn syrup

tablespoons Gold Medal® all-purpose flour

tablespoons bourbon, if desired

tablespoon butter or margarine, melted

teaspoon vanilla

cups pecan halves

cup bittersweet chocolate chips, melted, cooled
  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Place pie crust in 9-inch glass pie plate as directed on box for One-Crust Filled Pie.
  2. In large bowl, beat sugar, corn syrup, flour, bourbon, butter, vanilla and eggs with wire whisk. Stir in pecans and melted chocolate. Pour into crust-lined pie plate.
  3. Bake 48 to 50 minutes or until set. Cool completely on cooling rack, about 2 hours.
