1
5 oz bottle Bisquick Shake and Pour pancake mix
1
teaspoon salt
1
tablespoon canola oil
1/2
cup plus 2 teaspoon granulated sugar
1
pint fresh blackberries
2
pints fresh raspberries
1
cup sliced fresh strawberries
1
packet instant spiced apple cider mix (alpine brand)
1
tablespoon oatmeal for crunch (optional)
  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. The Filling: Mix all three berries together in a bowl with the packet of spiced apple cider and 1/2 cup of sugar. Place berry mix in a pyrex 9x9 glass baking dish
  3. The Crust: Fill the shake and pour bottle to the line on the side with water. Before shaking, add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon oil, and 2 teaspoons sugar. Replace lid and shake vigorously. Pour evenly over berries in pyrex dish. Top with sprinkling of oatmeal.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until crust is light golden brown and crisp on top. Cool for at least a half hour before serving!!! Like a pie, the natural berry pectin needs time to set before serving or the cobbler will be liquid beneath the crust. Delicious with whip cream or vanilla ice cream.
