I made these cookies but used the mini chocolate chips and the regular Bisquick and they were gone before the brownies this time!! Everyone loved them. They said they were like a cookie and cake rolled into one...not to cakey they were a cookie type but just soft and well to sum it up....delicious!!

So I read the recipe and the reveiws before trying this, and I won't lie I was a little skeptical.... But Once they came out of the oven and were ready to try, My fiance' and I ate almost the whole batch.. So good, and I used white sugar instead of brown sugar. Very good and it only took me 45 minutes.

I've tried a few other choco. chip cookie recipes and when I saw this one, I thought it looked sooooo simple that I wanted to give it a try. WOW! I'm so glad that I did because these will probably be my "go-to" CCC recipe. Next time, I'm going to try adding a little bit of lemon extract and some nuts. This seems to be a very versatile recipe. Thanks so much! Love it! Oh! Cookies were very soft and chewy, just the way we like them. =) p.s. Do you think the recipe, without the choco. chips, would be ok for a stand alone sugar cookie?
