Awsome! I used Cisco butter flavered baking sticks instead of margarine, which is one stick and 2TBS water to substitute and a little extra cinnamon and they were very tasty!

I don't know why Betty Crocker like their cookies dry. I followed the recipe except that I didn't have cinnamon. I used one extra egg and they came out nice and soft. I've been munching on them for days now and they are still soft and delicious. I recommend using the "slow" cook oats opposed to the quick oats for more substance.
