Best Ever Graham Streusel Coffee Cake

Best coffee cake I ever had. My family loves it. So moist and delicious.. Can be eaten as a breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients

2: cup graham cracker crumbs

3/4: cup chopped walnuts

3/4: cup brown sugar

1 1/4: teaspoons cinnamon

3/4: cup melted margarine

1: box yellow cake mix

1: cup water

1/3: cup vegetable oil

3: large eggs

Directions

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2 Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x2 inch pan
3 In a medium sized bowl mix graham cracker crumbs,walnuts, brown sugar & cinnamon with melted margarine. Mix well.
4 In a large bowl mix yellow cake mix, water , oil and eggs on low for 30 second. On medium for 2 minutes.
5 Pour 2 1/2 cups of the batter in the prepared pan. Sprinkle 2 cups of the graham mixture over the batter. Pour the rest of the cake mix and then the rest of the crumb mixture.
6 Bake in oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
7 * A bundt pan may be used. adjust time accordingly. and add the ingredients slightly different.

You can use graham cracker crumbs already prepared. There are a few different brands. If you have more time you can crush the graham crackers yourself. I have used both types

I have had this recipe for many years. Also love it. However, my recipe only calls for 1/2 c melted margarine. Still moist and delicious and a few less calories.
