Yum! Great dough, great cookie. I love the crispy-ness of the cereal.

For Nikkiw519. God bless you for sending these wonderful and delicious cookies to your hubby in Iraq. I will be sending a box of these same cookies to someone in our Military too. (I am a great-grand mom, about to celebrate 40 year marriage in August. I sent cookies to my nephews, two Navy, and one Marine, during Kuwait, and Gaza Strip, back then). Angelina777

Tasted great. Even picky eaters liked this! I grounded up the oatmeal and the fiber one cereal to have more of a cookie taste rather than chunks of cereal. Made a batch with out grinding it as well and turned out still great!
