Best tasting cheesecake you will ever have. My family has me make this every holiday. We use canned cherries.Any topping can be used; or you can have it plain.

8 ounce cream cheese

cup granulated sugar

teaspoon vanilla extract

cup sour cream

tablespoon corn starch

graham crust
  1. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and light. Beat in eggs, vanilla and cornstarch until blended. Stir in sour cream . Pout into Graham crusts.
  2. Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees
  3. Turn oven to 200 degrees for and additional 45 minutes.
  4. Refrigerate after completely cooled. About 2 to 3 hours.
