  • 1 Fiber One™ 150 calorie blueberry streusel bar
  • 1 tablespoon fat-free cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mashed berry sauce (1 teaspoon of blueberries, 2 strawberries)
  • 1 strawberry, sliced
  • 4 fresh blueberries
