This is my best friend's husband's favorite dessert, and I make it for his birthday - he's always watching his food intake, and doesn't like a lot of sweet foods - this is perfect for him, everytime. I've been making it for years.

Words cannot describe how wonderful this dish was. We were hosting a dinner party where the main course was a VERY rich and heavy beef stew with pasta. We needed something light and delicate to end the night and this was the perfect choice. It was a bit of a process to make, but I actually had fun putting it together! I couldn't find boysenberries, so I used 1/2 raspberries and 1/2 blackberries. I even lucked out and found "Blackberry Raspberry Fusion" Jell-O to really seal the deal. For an extra-special treat, use the pirouette cookies filled with French Vanilla cream. It came out just like the picture and was a wonderful success.
