Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cascadian Farm® frozen organic harvest berries (from 10-oz bag)
  • 1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Light Fat Free blueberry patch yogurt, red raspberry or strawberry yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Fiber One™ original bran cereal
  • 1/4 cup low-fat (1%) milk

Steps

  • 1
    In blender, place all ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into glass. Serve immediately.

  • tip 1
    Fresh mixed berries can be used instead of frozen. Or use one fruit instead of a combination, such as blueberries with blueberry yogurt.
  • tip 2
    To make a thinner smoothie, increase milk to 1/2 cup.
