I make this ALL the time! I make it for Easter with different fruit toppings (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, kiwi) and top with toasted walnuts. I make it for the 4th of July or Memorial Day and use strawberries and blueberries. I've even made it on Halloween using blackberries and peaches. It's always fantastic and always a hit. Can't go wrong!
