Flavorful, moist and delicious! Those are the results you'll get with brining—give it a try.

Delicious and so simple. Next time I might try some soy sauce and garlic in the brine

Awesome recipe!! The chicken fell off the bone it was so moist. I used Heineken Beer for my brine which was perfect because I was able to find a 24 oz keg can. I'm not a beer drinker though so I'd love to hear recommendations of other types of beer to try. The only deviation I made from the recipe was to gently peel back the skin & put some of the rub directly on the meat. I will definitely make this one again & try the suggestions of adding cayenne & different seasonings. Thanks for the great recipe.

This recipe is very versatile. Try different kinds of beer to see how it changes the flavor. Give your rub an extra kick by adding 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper to the recipe. These recipes are meant to inspire you, so go ahead, get creative!
