I added some chili powder as well as some chili & lime seasoning and it was great! Very easy and quick to make!

Bland, bland...the batter wouldn't stick to the fish. I only fry items about once a month so I was looking forward to this. I will not be making this again.

My husband uses pancake mix instead of Bisquik when he catches crappie. Delicious. We have also used Sprite and pancake mix. Also excellent.

I have made this in the past. It is great! You can add a little chili pepper the the mix for a little more zip! It is also a great batter to deep fry veggies!
