Just made a 1/4 batch of the onion rings. Wow, super good!!
Crunchy and light and not greasy at all. Added a little more salt after they came out of the oil. Perfect. Will make again when I get a craving for onion rings! Yay.
(Used beer for liquid. Haven't tried it yet with the carbonated water).
