This was not a good recipe. The tastes between the casserole/spinach part and the porridge/polenta part didn't mesh well at all together. By itself, the polenta was good...reminded us a bit of Cream of Wheat. But, that taste shouldn't have been paired with Spinach and Beef.

This recipe is easy to make, and very filling. My toddler porked this down even though it has lots of spinach. Pretty much a balanced meal in itself, too, an added bonus. I highly recommend.
