Ingredients

lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef

tablespoon Old El Paso® 40% less sodium taco seasoning mix (from 1 oz package)
1
can (10 3/4 oz) condensed nacho cheese soup
1
can (10 oz) diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
1 1/2
cups milk
1/4
cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (1 oz)
1/2
cup crushed corn tortilla chips

  • 1 In 2-quart saucepan, cook ground beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain.
  • 2 Reduce heat to medium. Stir in remaining ingredients except shredded cheese and tortilla chips. Cook 8 to 12 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently. Top individual servings with shredded cheese and tortilla chips.

This was Delicious. I substituted the tomatoes with Rotel, added a hand full of black beans and a scoop of sour cream, it turned out Great!. I ate 2 servings and my daughter did too. I will definitely be making this on a regular. Thanks Betty! Another Great one. Also recommend the "Pot Pie", another delicious recipe.

I made this with diced chicken instead of ground beef. Used half chicken broth, half milk. Also added the corn. SO GOOD AND EASY! Next time will add cumin. Perfect for chilly evening.

I made this recipe as written with the following changes: added whole packet of taco seasoning, can of drained corn, and can of drained and rinsed kidney beans. It was heartier this way. I think if you used half the milk it would make a nice, thick nacho dip.
