This was Delicious. I substituted the tomatoes with Rotel, added a hand full of black beans and a scoop of sour cream, it turned out Great!. I ate 2 servings and my daughter did too. I will definitely be making this on a regular. Thanks Betty! Another Great one. Also recommend the "Pot Pie", another delicious recipe.

I made this with diced chicken instead of ground beef. Used half chicken broth, half milk. Also added the corn. SO GOOD AND EASY! Next time will add cumin. Perfect for chilly evening.

I made this recipe as written with the following changes: added whole packet of taco seasoning, can of drained corn, and can of drained and rinsed kidney beans. It was heartier this way. I think if you used half the milk it would make a nice, thick nacho dip.

This was very easy to make and was really good. As previous reviews I added the entire packet of taco seasoning, 1 teaspoon cumin, a can of whole kernel corn and dark red kidney beans. I also used the Fiesta Nacho Cheese soup.

Yum! I read the reviews and made these changes...1 added a whole packet of taco mix, 1 can corn and 1 tsp cumin. My kids loved eating this with the scoop corn chips. I will be adding this recipe to my Family Favorites recipe book.

I make this with a teaspoon of cumin. It's the spice that was missing from the original recipe (my opinion) & it's a big hit with my family. I also add black beans, corn, rotel tomatoes & the whole packet of seasoning. I keep these ingredients in my pantry/freezer for a go to quick meal.

As previous posters I added black beans, fiesta corn, ro-tel, and the whole packet of taco seasoning. It was good but still missing something. I can't but my finger on it though. I might try cilantro nezt time.

This is a great soup. I used Ro-Tel in mine and paired it with grilled cheese sandwiches. Have made it several times because it's such a hit with my family.

I liked the flavor of this soup but I think it needed more texture. Next time I will add beans and corn. I ate my soup with broken tortilla chips and my boyfriend ate his as a nacho dip.

I made 2 meals from on this one and tweaked it a bit The first day in a crock pot I put 4 chicken breasts 2 cans of corn, drained 16 oz picante sauce black beans cooked for 6-8 hours, shredded the chicken topped with cheese when done and served with yellow rice. the second day i left out the beef put the left overs in a pot and added the rest of the ingredients listed! Soo good and both meals are quick prep!!
