Very good. Kids loved it too. I added 2 T soy sauce, large slices of onions, carrot strips and used fresh pea pods. Will be making this again soon.

Tried this with chicken and it's even better. I used chicken broth instead of beef broth and Birds Eye Steamfresh mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, snow peas and water chestnuts). Great!!

It was good but next time I would emphasize the soy sauce. I could taste more broth instead of the "asian" flare.

This recipe is SO good! It tastes just like the take-out Chinese food, only you know exactly what is in it. It's healthy, quick to make and delicious!! I will keep making and maybe substitute with broccoli.

I have made this recipes three times now and it is absolutely delicous! The first time was for a dinner party and our guests were so impressed! My husband isn't a huge fan of white rice so I make that with beef or chicken broth (whichever I have in the house at the time) instead of water. The last time I made it, instead of a whole bag of snap peas I put 1/2 a bag and then 1/2 bag of carrots. The flavor of the carrots went just as well as the peas.

My husband and I love this recipe. It is low fat and veary easy to make. I do double the sauce part of it and is wonderful. We are not fond of pea pods so we use green peppers and add then about 2 minutes after the beef! It is wonderful!
