cup beef broth

tablespoon dijon mustard

pound small yukon gold potatoes

pound green beans

cup baby carrots

cup frozen pearl onions, thawed

tablespoon canola oil

pound sirloin tip(1 in thick) cut into 2 inch pieces
  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Coat a baking sheet with Pam and set aside. Whisk broth, ketchup, mustard and cornstarch. Set aside. Cut potaoes into 1 in wedges; place on baking sheet. Sprinkle with garlic salt and black pepper. Bake for 20 minutes or until tender. Set aside.
  2. Place carrots and beans in skillet; add onions and 1/4 c water. Cover; cook on medium high for 5 min. Remove lid and cook till water is gone. Remove veggies and keep warm.
  3. Add oil to skillet and heat over med-high heat. Sprinkle meat with remaining garlic salt and pepper and add to skillet. Cook for 3 to 4 min. Pour broth mixture into skillet. Boil for 1 min or until thickened. stir in veggies. Add potatoes and gently toss to coat.
