This sauce is the perfect compliment to the beef tenderloin! It was delicious! The sauce is not very thick but it has one of the best flavors I've ever had with meat. We have made this recipe for special occasions and everyone always wants the recipe! Can't wait to have it again = )

The flavor was excellent - I have never had cranberries with beef before and it was really good. The sauce was a little runny but we will make this again.
