Made this for the first time - it was easy, simple and turned out delicous! If you like black olives, I recommend adding them. I used seasoned ground beef instead of shredded beef. New family favorite!

This is a great recipe. I actually did a few modifications to this one...I used the heart smart Bisquick mix, a pound of ground beef instead of shredded beef, omitted the cilantro as my family does not like it, added taco seasoning to the meat and used a bit more cheese. It turned out quite yummy!

i made this last night and it was amazing!! i made a few changes to the recipe though: i added taco seasoning to the beef (just the seasoning, no water. i used the 4-cheese mexican cheese blend and used the whole bad instead of 1 cup that the recipe called for. after the cheese melted, i topped the dish with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sour cream.
