I made this recipe the other night and it was a hit! I changed some of the ingredients to make it gluten-free. Instead of regular flour, I used the Betty Crocker GF bisquick. Also, instead of beef broth (which I didn't have in the house), I used a GF mushroom soup. This just added to the cream style flavor. I also used gluten free noodles.
My husband asked if I would PLEASE make it again, and my daughter who is a "carbo kid"...said, "It was wonderful"!! This will be a favorite for us, for sure. By the way, it was quick too. Only had an hour to make dinner and it came out as if it had been in a crock pot all day! p.s. We fought over leftovers :)
