both my husband and I were hesitant in this recipe due to its addition of tomato paste. we were right. combination of flavors was terrible, sour cream over powering (and I only put in a third of the sour cream), and it resembled nothing that would make one think of stroganoff. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS RECIPE!!! I cannot get the terrible taste out of my mouth.

love this dish. quick and easy to prepare and always a favorite. usually substitue ketsup for the tomato paste without any compramise to taste.

I was very disappointed with this recipe. It smelled and looked great before I added the sour cream. The sour cream flavor overpowered the dish. I did use regular sour cream so maybe that was the culprit. Perhaps only a 1/2 of regular sour cream would have tasted better.

I made this recipe the other night and it was a hit! I changed some of the ingredients to make it gluten-free. Instead of regular flour, I used the Betty Crocker GF bisquick. Also, instead of beef broth (which I didn't have in the house), I used a GF mushroom soup. This just added to the cream style flavor. I also used gluten free noodles. My husband asked if I would PLEASE make it again, and my daughter who is a "carbo kid"...said, "It was wonderful"!! This will be a favorite for us, for sure. By the way, it was quick too. Only had an hour to make dinner and it came out as if it had been in a crock pot all day! p.s. We fought over leftovers :)

I did not care for this recipe it came out very bland...Even after using more spices then the recipe called for, and know matter how much broth/water was used it still came out very thick..i would never make this recipe again..
