I agree with the last review. It was too dry. If I were to make this again, I would add triple water and double mushroom gravy mix. Also, another reviewer was correct in the fact that the picture looks like beef cubes not ground meat

Let me start off by saying that I am NOT a fan of Sour Cream. I was hesitant when it called for the amount it did. I was thinking worse case secenario, my family will eat it and I will just make something else. This was NOT the case! I LOVED it and well...there won't be leftovers. My kids thought this was better than the usual (boxed) I made. This recipe is a keeper for sure.

The flavor was good, but mine was VERY dry. I don't know if I'd make again. Too many other recipes out there. It was very easy though.

Cooking for a family of 6 (4 sons) it is difficult to find something that's easy to fix and that everyone will like...and most importantly eat & not waste!! We did that last night with this recipe!! My husband only had 1 suggestion and that was increasing the amount of the meat mixture a little bit...go figure, a house full of men, and they want more meat?!?! Excellent recipe, easy to fix, and filling! All important with many kids, and rising food prices!!

My husband loved it the first time I made it. So, I made it for a family get together and they loved it too. I added a side of buttered noodles with it and it was great together. Easy and quick to make!
